weSew – Our terms & conditions
Bookings:
All bookings should be made with as much notice as possible. If you wish to join a class less than 24 hours before the start please contact weSew first by sending an email to donnasaville@hotmail.co.uk and you will be offered a place subject to availability. Your place on the course cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received. All fees stated on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Payments:
Please note: We do not store or share any debit or credit card details or personal info with any 3rd party vendors.
All classes and workshops must be paid for in a timely manner either in cash or, ideally, via a bank transfer. Bank details will be provided on your booking confirmation email. Your payment would be welcomed before the class/workshop or party is due. .
Refunds
If you or your child is unable to attend you will be offered an alternative corresponding activity if possible. In some cases a refund may be applicable.
The weSew sewing room will open for your class, 15 minutes prior to your lesson, so please don’t arrive too early as you may interrupt another class.
Minimum class numbers
A minimum of 3 students are required to be booked for any class in order to proceed with this class/workshop. If less than this number is booked on, the class/workshop may be rescheduled.
Cancellations by weSew
In the unlikely event when a class/workshop must be cancelled or postponed due to unavoidable circumstances or if a class is undersubscribed, weSew will give you a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. You will be offered an alternative date or credit for the same amount of money or refunds your payment. WeSew will not be liable for any other costs, wasted travel or expenses that you may incur.
Student behaviour
weSew requires students to conduct themselves in a reasonable and proper manner at all times. Substantial obstruction of, or substantial improper interference with, the functions, duties or activities of any student or member of staff will result in the student being asked to leave the class.
Student health & safety
Students are asked to wear appropriate clothing and footwear to practical classes and use sharp tools in a safe and careful manner. Students who fail to comply with health and safety rules will be unable to participate in practical classes.
